Scope: NPI, Including administration, warehouse, LV/HV Tyre Maintenance, LV/HV Maintenance Workshop, Bull Oil and Lubricant, Diesel Fuel Farm and Ammonium Nitrate/Emulsion Stores. Scope included LV reticulation to all buildings along common services trench, LV install to all buildings, LV feeders from facility transformer to MCC, commissioning and handover.
